What we bring

Owned inventory. No middlemen on the invoice.

Everything below sits in our warehouse, which means one contract, one crew and one point of accountability on show day.

Staging

Modular stage risers to 24' x 8' x 2' across 12 decks, leveled, locked and skirted.

Line-array audio

Four line-array elements, two subs and a digital mixer, tuned to the room before doors open.

Lighting

16–24 wireless LED uplights and moving heads on truss, programmed to your palette and run-of-show.

Special effects

How a build works

Four steps from scope to strike

The process is the same whether it's a 500-seat summit or a 150-guest reception. The details scale; the sequence doesn't.

  1. Scope

Tell us the date, venue, audience and what you need. We confirm fit, footprint and power within the first conversation.

  2. Render & quote

You get a CAD/3D render of the build in your venue with an itemized quote. A 50% deposit locks the date and the inventory.

  3. Build & calibrate

Load-in, stage, wall, PA and lighting go up on a fixed schedule. We map the wall, tune the PA and sign off with you before show day.

  4. Show & strike

Technicians run the show against the run-of-show, then strike, pack and clear the room on the agreed timeline.

Questions we get before the contract

Frequently asked questions

Are you a rental house or a production company?

A production company that owns its gear. We scope, render, build, operate and strike the whole system with our technicians, and we also dry-hire the LED wall to production companies who bring their own crew.

Can we book just the LED wall, or just audio?

Yes. Single-element rentals go through the LED Video Wall Rentals page. Most corporate and wedding clients bundle stage, wall, audio and lighting because one crew and one contract is simpler on show day.

Will we see what it looks like before we commit?

For productions, yes. You get a CAD/3D render of the stage, wall and audio placed in your venue's layout with the quote, so the room, sightlines and footprint are agreed before anyone loads in.

What locks in our date?

A signed quote and a 50% deposit. That reserves the date, the inventory and the crew. Balance is due per the contract terms ahead of the event.

Does the wall work outdoors?

The wall is indoor and outdoor capable, ground-stacked or flown, and we plan for weather, power and sightlines during the scope call. Tell us indoor or outdoor on the form.

How is a two-day corporate build priced?

Gear is billed at 1.5x the day rate for a two-day hold, and technician labor is billed per shift for setup day and show day. Typical two-day builds land $12,500–$16,500; larger scopes run $15k–$25k+.

We're not sure what our budget is yet. Should we still reach out?

Yes. Pick the closest budget tier on the form and describe the event. We'll tell you what that tier realistically buys and where adding or trimming elements changes the number.

Tell us the date. We'll bring the build.

Share the basics and you'll hear back with next steps, a fit check and, for productions, a render of the build in your venue.

Ranges are fine. A 50% deposit locks your date once the scope is agreed.
